Home Modifications
Confused about how to submit a design modification application? We're here to help! Before getting started, review the Design Guidelines to understand any modification limitations and ensure your project is in compliance.
Be sure to submit well before you want to start your project! Applications need to be approved before the work begins for all changes to your home or landscaping. The management team and Board have a maximum of 30 days to review your application to make sure it aligns with design guidelines before approving or denying it.
If you have questions at any point while working to complete the application, email MosaicARC@ccmcnet.com for assistance. If the application is incomplete, there are questions, or more information is required (photos, etc.), a team member will contact you.
Decisions are then communicated to homeowners via email within 30 days. If approved, you can move forward with the project.
