You can submit common area maintenance requests through our MaintainX portal.
Maintenance requests should only be submitted to report repairs needed in our common areas. This portal can also be used to submit maintenance requests for the Townhomes neighborhood.

When submitting a maintenance request, you must include the following information:
- In the title “What’s the matter:” put the address or cross streets, list repair issues, be descriptive but short.
- In the “Tell us more about it:” please include any and all other details helpful in explaining the repair issue.
- For “Files:” it’s helpful if you have a picture or video of needed repair.
- For “Contact Information:” please provide your email.
